Returns & Refunds

Due to ATI’s fast lead times and low minimum quantities, consider MirroFlex products as made-to-order items that are non-returnable. If you are unsure if the product will be appropriate for your specific project, order samples first as they are available on the individual product pages.

NuMetal products are returnable with a 25% restocking fee. Any/all returns (cost and condition) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will only be considered once the material is received in first-quality condition back to ATI. Should returns be received damaged, no refund will be given.

Clearance items are non-returnable.  

All shipments are to be inspected within 10 working days of delivery. ATI's warranty covers manufacturer's defects for one year from purchase date.
